About Robin:
My name is Robin aka Crafty Planner Queen. I live in Maryland with my loving wife and puppy. I'm a Mental Health Therapist and Creative Content Creator. Decorative planning, creative journaling, & paper crafting are my favorite hobbies. I'm inspired by helping others stretch their creativity and adopt creative hobbies as coping skills for mental health.

What Robin does for their self care and mental health:
I meditate daily and practice mindfulness for my personal self care practices. I also find daily crafting to be very comforting and peaceful for my mental health. 

 Robin's inspiration for their pin design:
My pin design means so much to me because it sums up a few things that are near and dear to my heart. I chose the shape of a rainbow because it's one of my favorite icons symbolizing promises, love, etc. The pin is adorned in purple and teal; these aren't just my favorites but I call them my power colors because they give me good energy. Lastly, my tag line as a creative is Craft.Plan.Heal which symbolizes my passion for crafting and planning as a way to document your life, tell your story & ultimately heal yourself.

Shipping & Return

Returns Policy

Archer and Olive gladly accepts returns and exchanges. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Replacements can only be issued on orders that were purchased through archerandolive.com. Once your return is received, we will gladly refund your account, minus $5 for a restocking fee. *Please see return policy for subscription boxes & kit club below.

Domestic Shipping

Orders will go out within 4 business days from the day that the order was placed, however, most will ship within 24-48 hrs. Due to many shipping company delays at the moment, shipping can take up to 7-10 business day after your order is processed. Domestic shipping for all lower 48 states starts at $9.95, and free on orders over $99. *Hawaii & Alaska will have live rates that may vary. *Excluding The Subscription Box & Kit Club. Archer and Olive is not responsible for any delays in shipping.

International Shipping

Archer and Olive ships worldwide! Worldwide shipping is based on a live algorithm and prices will vary, shipping typically takes between 1 -6 weeks, however - sometimes customs can hold onto a package for up to 8 weeks*. *Australia customers please do give up to 12 weeks for delivery due to current covid restrictions. We are not responsible for import fees or taxes. *For Sub boxes and Kit Club, we cannot currently ship to the following countries: Brazil, Cambodia, Colombia, Egypt, French Polynesia, Guatemala, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Korea, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Macau, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Philippines, Réunion, Singapore, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand and UAE.

Subscription Box + Kit Club Policies

Once your order has shipped we are unable to cancel that months subscription. We are always happy to make anything right with replacement of any defective or missing item, however, we are unable to offer any refunds for a subscription box once it has shipped out. Subscription Boxes + Kit Club Subscriptions are not eligible for discount codes or free shipping. *Domestic Shipping: Flat rates are set and shipping will take 2-4 weeks for delivery after the order has been processed. *International Shipping: If your country has a duties paid option, we will send your box automatically with duties paid.
