About Marsha
Hi, I'm Marsha, an NYC-based Registered Dietitian, tea-lover, yogi, Capricorn, and creative.  I got started with bullet journaling as a way to organize my thoughts when I realized I couldn't relax on my honeymoon. While falling down the Youtube and IG rabbit hole I began noticing two things: 1. there was a lack of Brown hands like mine and  2. everyone's bullet journal was flawless. This was subconsciously affecting my confidence and made me feel insecure. As a way to battle those feelings, I began posting my bullet journal pictures and videos so that newbies can see you don't have to be perfect and so there can be more diversity in the BuJo world.

Favorite A&O Product:
I love the traveler's notebooks.  and the Morning Sun books (the 8x8, travelers, and A5 notebooks) ooh I also love the B6 size notebooks. 

What Marsha personally does for self care and their mental health:
I practice and study the principles of yoga. I go to my primary doctor at least twice a year and take my medications daily. I try to do something creative every day. I also do random spa at-home days. 

Marsha’s inspiration for their pin design:
I chose this image because seeing palm trees in dreams signifies power and prosperity.  Whenever I'm around palm trees I feel calm and a sense that my dreams can be made true. I always find myself saying " All You Need Is Palm Trees and Dreams"

Returns Policy

Archer and Olive gladly accepts returns and exchanges. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Replacements can only be issued on orders that were purchased through archerandolive.com. Once your return is received, we will gladly refund your account, minus $5 for a restocking fee. *Please see return policy for subscription boxes below.

Domestic Shipping

Orders will go out within 4 business days from the day that the order was placed, however, most will ship within 24-48 hrs. Due to many shipping company delays at the moment, shipping can take up to 7-10 business day after your order is processed. Domestic shipping for all lower 48 states starts at $8, and free on orders over $150. *Hawaii & Alaska will have live rates that may vary. *Excluding The Subscription Box. Archer and Olive is not responsible for any delays in shipping.

International Shipping

Archer and Olive ships worldwide! Worldwide shipping is based on a live algorithm and prices will vary, shipping typically takes between 1 -6 weeks, however - sometimes customs can hold onto a package for up to 8 weeks*. *Australia customers please do give up to 12 weeks for delivery due to current covid restrictions. Subscription Box Policies

Once your order has shipped we are unable to cancel that months subscription. We are always happy to make anything right with replacement of any defective or missing item, however, we are unable to offer any refunds for a subscription box once it has shipped out. Subscription Boxes are not eligible for discount codes or free shipping. *Domestic Shipping: Flat rates are set and shipping will take 2-4 weeks for delivery after the order has been processed. *International Shipping: If your country has a duties paid option, we will send your box automatically with duties paid.
