Preorder Information

PREORDER POLICY

In the event an item sells out on a seasonal launch day (fall, winter, spring, summer), our team will aim to quickly update the listing to "Preorder" within 1 hour. These preorder items will be clearly marked either in the product listing or in the notebook variant name, making it clear as you shop. Preorder items will ship separately at a later date, with estimated shipping dates listed in the product description. All preorders placed on launch day will not incur additional shipping fees. However, any order placed after launch day will be subject to separate shipping charges for in-stock and preorder items (seen at checkout). Preorders will close on the following Sunday evening following the launch, and this deadline will be included in the product descriptions.

The Wednesday following the close of preorders, any extra inventory we ordered in addition to the main preorder will be made available for purchase on our website. These limited extras are part of the same production run and are intended to complete our full order. They will ship in December, just like the preorder items, but please note that a separate shipping fee will apply. Once these extras are sold out, they will not be restocked.

PREORDER FAQ
Q: When will my preorder ship?
All preorders from the Forest Findings Fall 2025 Collection will ship in December 2025. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order ships out.

Q: Why are some sold-out items from the Fall Collection back on the site?
A limited number of extras were added when we placed our final production order. Once these sell out, they will not be restocked.

Q: I thought preorders closed already. Why are they open again?
We have a small number of extra units from the same production run available for purchase. They’ll ship in December, just like the original preorders.

Q: Why does it show an extra shipping charge at checkout?
If your cart includes both in-stock and preordered items, these ship separately, and as a result, two shipping charges are applied.

Q: My cart is over $99, why am I being charged shipping?
Preordered items ship separately, and because of that, they have a separate shipping fee, even if your cart qualifies for free shipping. Preorders do count toward the free shipping minimum, so if you’re ordering both in-stock and preordered items, your in-stock order will ship free, but the preorder will have its own shipping charge.

Q: Can I add to my existing preorder?
You can! But you’ll need to email us first. If you’d like to add items to your existing preorder, reach out to our Customer Delight team at hello@archerandolive.com as soon as possible. We’ll help you add the new items (while supplies lasts) and ensure everything ships together in December.

Q: Will these items be restocked later?
Once this limited amount sells out, they’re gone for good.

Q: Can I cancel my preorder?
You can cancel your preorder any time before it ships by contacting our Customer Delight team. Once it has shipped, it will follow our usual return policy.
