Kit Club Subscription

Subscription Billing and Cancellation

The Kit Club Subscription is a monthly subscription that bills on the first day of each month. Kits ship within 2–4 business days of the billing date.

You can manage your subscription, including updating information or canceling, by logging into your account and selecting "Manage Subscription".

To avoid being charged for the next kit, please cancel your subscription before the billing date. Once a kit has been shipped, we are unable to process cancellations or refunds. Any updates will apply to the following month.

Refunds and Discounts

Refunds are not available once a kit has shipped. Kit Club subscriptions are not eligible for discount codes or gift cards, and do not count toward free shipping minimums or promotions. While Kit Club does ship free within the contiguous U.S., shipping fees apply for other locations.

We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices as needed.

 

Quarterly Subscription Box

Subscription Billing and Cancellation

Our Quarterly Subscription Box bills and ships automatically every quarter—in March, June, September, and December—with billing occurring on the first day of the month. Boxes ship within 2–4 business days after billing.

You can manage your subscription, including updating information or canceling, by logging into your account and selecting "Manage Subscription".

To avoid being charged for the next box, please cancel your subscription before the billing date of the upcoming quarter. Once a box has been shipped, we are unable to process cancellations or refunds. Any updates will take effect in the following quarter.
