What is the return policy?
Return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Just contact us to start a return. (Subscriptions are non-refundable after shipping.)
When will I get my order?
Most orders ship within 1ā4 business days, with delivery in 2ā7 days (U.S.) or 4ā10 days internationally. Please allow extra time during holidays or customs delays.
Tracking info is sent once your order ships. International shipping rates and any applicable duties are shown at checkout.
Can I change my order after it's been placed?
Because some orders ship out within hours, itās very hard for us to catch orders to make those changes. If you do happen to place an order with an incorrect address or the wrong product, we are happy to refund you for the product only and you will be able to re-purchase the item of choice with the correct shipping address.
