Shipping + Return Policies


Subscription Billing and Cancellation
Our Quarterly Subscription Box bills and ships automatically every quarter—in March, June, September, and December—with billing occurring on the first day of the month. Boxes ship within 2–4 business days after billing.

You can manage your subscription, including updating information or canceling, by logging into your account and selecting "Manage Subscription".

To avoid being charged for the next box, please cancel your subscription before the billing date of the upcoming quarter. Once a box has been shipped, we are unable to process cancellations or refunds. Any updates will take effect in the following quarter.
Subscription prices are subject to change at any time.

Refunds and Discounts
 Refunds are not available once a box has shipped. Quarterly subscriptions are not eligible for discount codes or gift cards, and do not count toward free shipping minimums or promotions.

Shipping Information
 Domestic Shipping: Please allow up to 14 business days for processing and delivery.

International Shipping: If your country offers a Duties Paid option, your box will ship accordingly. If not, it will be shipped Duties Unpaid, and you will be responsible for any applicable fees at delivery. International shipping typically takes 4–10 business days, but may take up to 8 weeks, depending on your location.

We currently cannot ship to the following countries: Bahrain, Bermuda, Brazil, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Colombia, Croatia, Cyprus, Egypt, French Polynesia, Guatemala, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Korea, Kuwait, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Qatar, Réunion, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, UAE.
