Subscription Billing and Cancellation
The Kit Club Subscription is a monthly subscription that bills on the first day of each month. Kits ship within 2–4 business days of the billing date. You can manage your subscription, including updating information or canceling, by logging into your account and selecting "Manage Subscription". To avoid being charged for the next kit, please cancel your subscription before the billing date. Once a kit has been shipped, we are unable to process cancellations or refunds. Any updates will apply to the following month.
Refunds and Discounts
Refunds are not available once a kit has shipped. Kit Club subscriptions are not eligible for discount codes or gift cards, and do not count toward free shipping minimums or promotions. While Kit Club does ship free within the contiguous U.S., shipping fees apply for other locations.
Shipping Information
Lower 48 US: Kit Club ships free. International Shipping: Shipping is tiered based on your location. If your country offers a Duties Paid option, your kit will ship accordingly. If not, it will ship Duties Unpaid, and you’ll be responsible for any fees upon delivery.We currently cannot ship to the following countries: Bahrain, Bermuda, Brazil, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Colombia, Croatia, Cyprus, Egypt, French Polynesia, Guatemala, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Korea, Kuwait, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Qatar, Réunion, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, UAE.
