Bringing Among Us To Your Bullet Journal + Free Practice Printable!
Hello! It’s Nabaa from @whimsical.doodles on Instagram!
Okay so how many of y’all are currently obsessed with Among Us? Can’t just be me right? I’ve been playing the Among Us game since early April and it’s absolutely crazy to me how huge it’s gotten! With how popular it has gotten recently, I thought it would be super fun to make an Among Us cover page!
This was super fun to set up and I love how easy it was to create using the Acrylograph pens! The smooth, opaque colors were so much fun to work with.
Here’s what I used to create this set up:
- Archer and Olive Blackout Notebook (You can use either of the 3 colours - black, white or kraft!)
- Acrylograph Pens in 3mm - Tropical and Primary
- Pencil and Eraser
PS - you can use my affiliate code WHIMSICAL10 on any of your Archer and Olive purchases!
And with that said, let’s get into the tutorial! Watch the video below to follow along:
To start with, I used a pencil to draw on my little alien characters - these are so simple and easy to draw! Check out this little printable if you’d like to practice your Among Us alien drawings:
Next, outline the pencil drawings with your Acrylograph pens as shown in the video! Continue laying down all the right colours as you go along. For the head part - I used the grey and blue from the tropical set and topped it off with the white paint pen.
This is what it should look like:
Now I know it doesnt look the absolute best BUT as soon as you get through the next step, that changes! Outline your little alien drawings using the black Acrylograph pen. This was such a dream to work with! The smooth, monoline of the pen just cleaned up all the edges and produces a clean finish:
I so enjoyed creating this set up and I really hope you give it a go! I’d LOVE to see your recreations so make sure to tag me @whimsical.doodles and @archerandolive so I can see!
