25 Bullet Journal Header Ideas to keep you inspired!
Hi loves! It's Kate from @journalwithkate. Somehow it feels like I wrote my last blogpost ages ago! But today I'm back with some fun bullet journal headers. With these examples I want to give you some inspiration to start laying out your spreads for the month! I've gone with colors that match the season whe're in: fall, but these examples would also look great in any color to match your layouts.
Whether you have a more minimalist style or something more extravagant, stick along as you will find something you'll love here.
The supplies I use:
- Journal: I used the Archer & Olive A5 Into The Forest Dot Grid Notebook. I love how the pages of the A&O notebook can take so many art supplies. Click on this link or use code KATE10 to save money on your order!
- A pencil and an eraser: I always sketch my designs out before doing the line work. I'm OCD and therefore can't handle wonky lines. This time I didn't sketch out my ideas. I know...who even am I?? Feel free to sketch out your headers first.
- Any pen, finalizer, marker: Seriously, the possibilities are endless. You can recreate these ideas with any art medium! I used Chameleon fineliners, Copic Markers, Karen Markers and a black brush pen.
Watch this video and learn how to create many different headers in minutes!
I loved creating this header ideas spread! I was having so much fun winging it in stead of sketching it out. The observant viewer will notice that there are 24 and not 25 header ideas (including the title). That's the downside of not planning ahead and sketching design out. But sometimes, I just wanna go with the flow!
I hope you find this blogpost helpful and you'll start creating your own header ideas in your journal! I'd love to see what you create, so tag me (@journalwithkate) and @archerandolive on Instagram.
Good luck and have fun!
